Hello and welcome to my “micro” web site. In case you haven’t figured it out from the vanity URL, I’m Brad Rowley.
I have been working in the Information Technology industry since 1992, and I have probably forgotten almost as much as I have learned in that time. (Thank goodness, I mean who really needs to remember how to low-level format a hardcard?) I spend a lot of time writing and maintaining ASP.NET web sites and writing the odd T-SQL script, in addition to other tasks like application architecture and risk analysis/mitigation.
I’m currently trying to learn PHP and Ruby, and have a strong interest in GPS and GIS technologies.
My hope is that I can use this site to give back to the IT community in some way, or provide some insight that might help a newcomer to the industry. It also allows me to share my thoughts as I learn new things and and maybe even save them in case I don’t remember them later!
I hope you find something useful on this web site, and if not, thanks for visiting. In either case, visit often!
